• Individual Psychotherapy Session- $130
• Marital/Family Psychotherapy Session- $150

Kim is unfortunately not in-network with Blue Value/Blue Home (plans with a limited provider network), Cigna, Humana, Medicaid, Medicare, Tricare, or United Healthcare. She would be happy to verify your insurance benefits if you have one of the accepted insurances listed above to determine your copayment and deductible amount. Please include your insurance type, date of birth, and subscriber/member identification number on the contact form if you would like for Kim to verify your benefits prior to your first appointment.

Payment

Copayments are due at the time of service. Cash, check, credit cards, and HSA/flex-spending cards are accepted.

Cancellation Policy

Kim appreciates as much notice as possible if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, as your appointment time has been reserved exclusively for you. In fairness to other clients and your therapist, at least 48 hours advance notice is required to cancel an appointment, or you may be charged a cancellation fee. Monday appointments should be canceled by the preceding Friday. Thank you for your cooperation.
